Cancellation fee on personal sitting and phone or skype sessions
All appointments must be cancelled with 48hrs notice. If cancelling after that period there is a $25 cancellation fee applied as this appointment can not be rebooked in that short period of time.

Gift products -Refund policy
You may return new or unopened items sold by Phoenix Holdings NZ (2013) Ltd on the phyllisbrown.co.nz website within 30 days for a full refund, providing the conditions of the consumer guarentees act (1993) are met. Refunds will not be given for downloaded files including but not limited to music, mediations and courses.
Items are shipped back to Phoenix Holdings NZ (2013) at your own expense. We strongly advise that you purchase proof of postage, shipment tracking or insurance when you ship items for return as Phoenix Holdings NZ (2013) Ltd will not be held responsible for any items which are lost by any mail carrier or courier.
If you have requested a replacement item this will be shipped to you within two weeks of your item having reached us. If you have requested a refund this will be made to your original payment method within two weeks of your returned item having reached us.

Student & teacher course fees structure and refund policy
Student course fees are non-negotiable and set by The Phoenix Light Foundation. Minimum deposit is required on course registration and all course fees must be paid by the end of the course if not beforehand. Refund on course fees will only be given if the course is withdrawn or cancelled, deposit will be retained for administration costs.

Cancelation or refund policy below:
- 8 weeks before course start date, deposit will be retained and rest of course fee refunded.
- 4 weeks before course start date, deposit and 50% of course fee will be retained and the rest of the course fee refunded
- 1 week before course start date, no refund give. All course fee and deposit will be retained.
The material and information on our website is provided solely for entertainment or promotional purposes.

You may return new or unopened items sold by The Phoenix Light Foundation within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Downloadable Courses & Software Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of receipt of faulty goods.

Gift certificates are valid for a 12 month period from date of purchase. They can be used for other Phoenix Light Foundation products, courses or merchandise. Once the expiry date has been reached or surpassed the certificate is null and void and cannot be redeemed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your physical location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For our international customers, any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.
LIVE WORKSHOP COURSE OR ONLINE COURSE
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another live workshop course.
If you cancel on the start date, do not show up, or leave an event early for any reason, no refund will be available or if you attend a workshop and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content, no refund will be available.
